Ads on the forum—not! The ads did prove to be too obnoxious, and so we turned them off.

Ads on the forum. Our comments forum is hosted by EZBoard, a service which is advertiser-supported, but also allows you to turn off the ads by paying money. In the past the ads have come in the form of incredibly obnoxious popup windows, and so we opted to pay not to have them. But in the past week EZBoard has announced a new ad system, where the ads are static text at the top of a page. We've signed up for a two-week trial run under the new system. Keep in mind that the Study Center does not endorse any of the advertisers. If it turns out that the ads are still too obnoxious, or if the content is inappropriate, we'll turn them back off.

The ship will leave port the weekend of October 9, 2004 for a 7 day cruise of the Caribbean. If you would like details about how you can share in the fun and fine teaching, see the American Vision website.
